So, I didn't hide the scale yesterday, but my hubby did. It was hard to not weigh last night, I couldn't even sleep! And I was really tired before that!
This morning was worse. I walked in, tried to weigh, realized there was no scale, and walked out of the bathroom irritated.
Later in the day, same issue...walked out of the bathroom irritated!
So, my first day without a scale was almost as stressful as a day with a scale. :(
