Week 2 is OVER!

After yesterday, of course I was dreading this mornings weigh in. I figured I would probably have a gain instead of a loss for this week. However, when I weighed this morning I weighed 274. I was 1 lb lighter than last week. So, it's not as impressive as the 6.5 from the week before, but it's a loss and I have to take it with a smile! :)

On a somewhat better note I think, I have lost 2 inches off my waist and an inch off my hips since I started. I really haven't been doing anything like sit-ups to help with my waist. I probably should. Maybe I'll try to add that this week. It's just nice to have a change. 7.5 lbs so far! :)

My hubby is doing great too. He started out at 260. Today he weighed 250.5. He's lost 9.5 lbs. Of course, I've exercised more than him and ate less than him and still, he's beating me! :) That's okay because I love him!

I'll be hoping for a larger weight loss next week!
